Associate Sales Representative, ENT (Minnesota)
About the role
Joining us is a chance to do important work that creates change and shapes the future of healthcare. As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR), you will expand the sales of Integra Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) products, convert accounts in compliance with company policy and sales direction, and provide support to the aligned territory for all sales-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Expand sales of Integra ENT products
- Convert accounts in compliance with company policy and sales direction
- Provide support to the aligned territory for all sales-related activities
- Execute the selling cycle in a professional, ethical, and action-oriented manner
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
Qualifications
- An undergraduate bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field preferred
- One or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred
- The ability to work in an operating room, private practice, and ASC environment is required
- Able to relocate and travel
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required
- Eager to learn the basics of the ENT space and the medical device field
- Documentation of successful sales performance preferred
- Experience covering large geographies preferred
- Experience selling technical and disposable products preferred
