About the role
The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) will expand the sales of Integra Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) products, convert accounts in compliance with company policy and sales direction, and provide support to the aligned territory for all sales-related activities. Upon successful completion of duties, the ASR will assume territory responsibilities within a mutually agreed-upon geography as an ENT Consultant.
This position requires the ability to handle customer questions and objections in a manner consistent with product indications and sales training methodology, and to execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, and ethically to lead customers to action. The role involves training to understand and demonstrate proper use of products to ENT physicians in operating rooms, private practices, and/or ASC settings.
Responsibilities
- Expand sales of Integra ENT products and convert accounts in compliance with company policy.
- Support all sales-related activities in the aligned territory.
- Demonstrate proper use of products to ENT physicians in operating rooms, private practices, and/or ASC settings.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally and ethically.
- Execute the selling cycle to lead customers to action.
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree required; major in a technical or scientific field preferred.
- One or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred.
- Ability to work in an operating room, private practice, and ASC environment.
- Willingness to travel and relocate, with uncertainty of final territory responsibility.
- Valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 United States.
- Eagerness to learn the basics of the ENT space and the medical device field.
- Documentation of successful sales performance preferred.
- Experience covering large geographies preferred.
- Experience selling technical and disposable products preferred.
- Exempt position requiring flexibility to accommodate frequent disruptions to routines and flexible work hours.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask without direct oversight.

Pay
Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, or other variable compensation.
