Associate Sales Representative
About the role
This is a hybrid role located onsite in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Growth Officer and regional sales to develop relationships with National Producers.
- Participate in Business Analysis, project team, or individual meetings with management, preparing discussion topics and presenting information in a professional manner.
- Cook inquiries and RFPs from producer level.
- Provide data analysis, validation, and report development.
- Select appropriate business analysis approach.
- Organize and synthesize information provided by customers, vendors, and the market.
- Demonstrate skills in creative thinking, decision making, and problem solving.
- Create sales brochures and PowerPoints for use on a regional and national basis by working with producers.
- Support marketing department when needed.
Requirements
- A 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or in a related field or the equivalent education and or experience.
- 2 years Sales and Analysis.
- Working in a team environment.
- Multitasking and Time Management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely creative and ability to look for unconventional solutions to problems.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization and priority assessment skills.
- The ability to be a self-starter who takes ownership and full accountability.
- Occasional travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $74,600 - $112,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable.
Schedule
Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities. May be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time. May be required to move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to operate a computer and other devices. Close vision and ability to adjust focus, such as required to read a computer screen.
