About the role
CONMED is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our advanced surgical sales team in the San Antonio, TX area. We are leaders in developing cutting-edge surgical and patient care products, committed to innovation and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Sell innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to improve patient outcomes.
- Receive extensive hands-on training from field sales trainers.
- Earn opportunities to grow and advance within the organization.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers including surgeons, nurses, OR managers, and other healthcare workers to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- One of the following: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience required.
- Recent transition from active military duty.
- Approximately 25% travel.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive an automobile.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license.
Skills
High level of energy, drive, perseverance, commitment, and professionalism are essential. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also required.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65k plus quarterly bonus. This is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
Schedule
Approximately 25% travel is expected.
