Associate Sales Representative - Advanced Surgical - Richmond, VA

About the role

CONMED is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join their advanced surgical sales team in the Richmond, VA area. The role involves selling innovative surgical technology to OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery specialists to improve patient outcomes. The position also includes extensive training and ongoing collaboration with field sales trainers.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces
• Work closely with key decision-makers such as surgeons, nurses, OR managers, and other healthcare workers to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to support professional growth and advancement
• Deliver exceptional results and contribute to the company's mission of empowering healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements

• One of the following: Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience (preferred)
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
• Approximately 25% travel
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive an automobile

Pay
