Associate Sales Rep Phoenix

Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid sales reps in achieving their goals by scheduling appointments in their territory.
• Compile and forward sales leads to sales reps.
• Contribute to generating additional sales of AMT products.
• Provide in-services as needed by sales reps.
• Travel as needed and attend at least one trade show/conference.
• Support the preparation of sales and marketing materials for AMT products.
• Generate miscellaneous sales reports as required.
• Show product and market knowledge.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• An understanding of contract administration.
• Business acumen with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Knowledge of modern business communication, office procedures, and methods.
• Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and facilitate teamwork.
