Requirements

- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Financial / sales process understanding
- Advanced Excel + MS Office
- Skills & Tools: Salesforce, Certinia, Gainsight, Tableau and/or SQL (preferred), AI tools (Copilot, agent creation) a plus
- Resource Management expertise (strong plus)
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales Ops or FP&A, Professional Services and/or Customer Success experience preferred, Project Management exposure a plus
