Job Responsibilities
- Drive the local sales team to overachieve the regional monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute regional market penetration strategies, focusing on underserved areas in CA and surrounding states to accelerate business growth.
- Analyze market and competitive trends, considering statistics and expenditures, to identify customer consumption habits, forecast sales potential, build competitor databases, and develop successful sales strategies against the highly competitive landscape.
- Manage and restructure distributor networks through tiered partnership strategies, CRM software, leveraging lifecycle analytics, and using data-driven insights to boost engagement, strengthen loyalty, and minimize partner churn.
- Identify and acquire high-potential clients while maintaining long-term, trust-based win-win partnerships grounded in strategic alignment and performance-driven collaboration.
- Design partner incentive programs and advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure the functional effectiveness of the business.
- Lead the planning and optimization of direct store operations by establishing performance benchmarks, identifying operational bottlenecks, and converting successful practices into replicable SOPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Service, Training, and HQ Strategy teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective sales execution in local markets.
- Develop and manage the local trade show calendar, actively participate in trade shows and conventions to represent FOTILE products, and support overall marketing initiatives.
- Lead and coach the local results-driven sales team, fostering ownership, strategic thinking, product expertise, and market analysis to develop localized sales strategies that respond to consumer trends and competitive dynamics that drive sustainable growth.
- Establish and implement structured mechanisms for execution accountability, performance tracking, and continuous improvement through coaching, performance feedback, and development plans for the local sales team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or distributor management experience, with a preference for home appliances or related industries preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese Required.
- Strong relationship management and development skillset.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and execution capability with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the local North American market landscape is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
