Associate Sales Manager

We're partnering with an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company that's expanding its commercial team and looking for driven B2B sales professionals ready to break into medical device sales. The company is already gaining traction within the VA healthcare system, partnering with Podiatry and Physical Therapy providers to bring an innovative home-use medical device to patients.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an experienced Territory Manager to help grow an expansion territory.
- Develop clinical knowledge and sales skills needed to manage your own territory.
- Develop new relationships with Podiatry and Physical Therapy providers within the VA healthcare system.
- Grow market share and drive business across Michigan and Northern Indiana (focus on Saginaw, Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Fort Wayne).
- Expand the customer base in an established territory while focusing on growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
- Ability to travel 50% throughout the territory by car and air.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay
Base salary of $70,000 per year with up to $42,000 in yearly commissions (estimated earnings $100,000–$110,000). This is a field-based role requiring at least 50% travel and is designed as a clear path to promotion; associates who demonstrate strong sales performance and account management can expect to advance into their own Territory Manager role within approximately 12 months, where total compensation has the potential to exceed $200,000+ through base salary and uncapped commissions.
