About the role
The role includes defining customer needs and applying technical knowledge to develop solutions that support sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Bring your Devops technical expertise to quickly start positioning our DevOps solutions with customer prospects.
- Expand your knowledge into other areas of the Digital.ai product suite.
- Lead as a domain expert in the value of Digital.ai products, acting as the technical lead on strategic client relationships across industry verticals.
- Lead sales engineering activities including technical discovery and qualification, technical value proposition, architectural guidance, sales campaign support and maintaining client relationships.
- Establish and maintain an understanding of the overall Digital.ai technology portfolio and the competitive landscape.
- Help sell and foster ongoing customer success.
- Build strong partnerships with the account executives.
- Occasionally travel domestically.
Requirements
- 2+ years Technical or Sales Engineering experience in the Devops (Release & Deploy, Testing Automation etc) domain.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- A deep understanding of computer technology, such as how applications are compiled and linked, including experience developing in Python and/or Java.
Qualifications
- Advantage: Proficiency in the Digital.ai Devops products, or similar solutions.
- Interest in ongoing learning with a curious attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, willingness to collaborate with others often and produce outcomes for customers and sales prospects.
- Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels, both internally and externally.
Skills
- Ability to provide expert guidance on application security concepts with strong skill sets in techniques used in secure application design.

The current salary for this specific job is estimated to be $70,000-80,000 base, plus annual commission target.
