About the role

This 6-month Industrial Automation Training Program is designed for recent college graduates eager to launch their careers in industrial automation. Participants will gain a strong technical foundation and valuable industry insights.

Responsibilities

Upon completion, trainees will transition into Sales Engineering roles where they will:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and build trust through effective communication.
  • Apply analytical thinking to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Contribute to a high-performance team culture and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer) or Computer Science.
  • A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, adaptability, analytical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A customer-focused attitude, ready to understand and support customer needs.

  • A strong mix of technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and a passion for learning.
  • Dependable, disciplined, and committed to personal and professional growth.

Schedule
