The Associate Sales Development Representative role is foundational within Crisp’s Growth Team. This is a career path, not a parking spot. We hire individuals who want their Growth Advisor to win today while preparing to become a Growth Advisor themselves in the future.
Responsibilities
- Direct high-volume outbound outreach to law firm owners and managing partners via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up.
- Qualify inbound leads from podcasts, conferences, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management for your Growth Advisor’s pod inside HubSpot.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-up, and administrative support throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner closely with marketing to maximize campaign and event conversion opportunities.
- Represent Crisp at flagship events including the Crisp Game Changers Summit.
- Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and qualified pipeline generated.

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of full-time experience preferred; sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
