Associate Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Associate Sales Development Representative at Crisp is the force multiplier behind a Crisp Growth Advisor. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer while receiving direct day-to-day mentorship, coaching, and guidance from your paired Growth Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Direct high-volume outbound outreach to law firm owners and managing partners across phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up.
• Qualify inbound leads from podcasts, conferences, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management for your Growth Advisor’s pod inside HubSpot.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-up, and administrative support throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner closely with marketing to maximize campaign and event conversion opportunities.
• Represent Crisp at flagship events including the Crisp Game Changers Summit.
• Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and qualified pipeline generated.
