About the role
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative diagnostic solutions that improve patient care. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand clinical needs, design assays, validate results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conducting research and developing new diagnostic assays
- Collaborating with clinical and technical teams to define assay requirements
- Designing and validating assays using state-of-the-art technologies
- Communicating assay results and implications to stakeholders
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of assay performance and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, bioinformatics)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory research or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with molecular biology techniques and technologies
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards
Skills
