Associate Revenue Ops Analyst
About the role
Entrust is seeking a highly motivated Associate Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to join our Marketing Operations Team. This is an entry-level role designed for analytical, detail-oriented individuals who want to build a career in data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, pipeline analytics, and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
- Improve campaign performance versus pipeline and conversion targets across segments and regions
- Identify optimization opportunities (targeting, messaging, channel mix) and work with Marketing to drive campaign improvements
- Drive improvements to funnel progression (MQL → AEQL → Closed Won) to identify bottlenecks and better conversion
- Partner with Sales to address stalled leads and improve follow-up velocity
- Deliver weekly insight summaries highlighting drivers of pipeline, underperformance, and recommended actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize insights clearly
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems
- Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or payments industries
Pay & Benefits
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $63,941-$93,781 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
