Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new assessment tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform product development
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assessment development or research
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with psychometric principles and test construction
- Knowledge of educational measurement standards and guidelines
- Understanding of data collection and management techniques
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS or similar statistical software
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
