About the role

As an Associate Relationship Strategist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will support client management activities with clients and prospective clients. You will help coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience, develop and execute relationship management plans, and ensure strong client commitment and advocacy through proactive and responsive service.

• Help coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Support the development and execution of a relationship management plan through thorough discovery of client needs.
• Ensure a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
• Help support a book of business and develop strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships.
• Serve as a point of communication and contact with existing clients and prospects to capture expansion opportunities.
• Manage risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures, escalating client concerns for quick resolution.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks.
• Help ensure the execution of team processes (e.g., pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews).

PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices that align customer needs with solutions, and skilled in managing risk to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
