About the role

The Associate Relationship Banker is responsible for developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with consumer and business clients by providing them with exceptional client service and recommending solutions that will fulfil their financial needs. This role will process transactions, introduce and cross-sell bank products and services, and refer clients to other departments to meet their financial needs.
