About the role

The Huntington seeks a dynamic leader to serve as the Director of Security & Operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will oversee all security and operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security and operations functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance safety and operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of security personnel and support staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and risk management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience with emergency response planning and crisis management.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
