Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to combat antisemitism and hate crimes
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in extremism
• Engage with community leaders and organizations to promote civil rights and inclusion
• Manage social media campaigns to raise awareness about hate and extremism
• Collaborate with legal teams to provide expert testimony and support in court cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sociology, political science, communications)
• At least 3 years of experience in anti-hate work or related fields
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse communities
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
