Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate high-calibre business support candidates
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Develop the commercial and relationship skills needed for a successful career in recruitment

Requirements

• You don't need to have worked in recruitment before, but you'll likely relate to some of the below:
• You're motivated by goals, progression and the chance to earn well
• You take pride in your work and are willing to put in effort when it counts
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
• You're naturally driven, but also collaborative and team-oriented
• You're open to feedback and focused on improving over time

Qualifications

• We're particularly interested in people who have performed in:
• Customer-facing or high-energy environments.
• Recruitment inhouse or in staffing agency
• Sales or target-driven roles.
• Executive Assistant or business support positions.
• Competitive settings (sport, academics, or other areas where you've pushed yourself).

Skills

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

$60-65k + Uncapped Commission
