Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
• Partnering with account managers to understand client needs.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer.
• Tracking activity and performance metrics in ATS/CRM systems.

Requirements

• December 2025 or Spring 2025 graduates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
• Genuine interest in sales, human resources, or talent acquisition.
