About the role

Western States Cat is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role specializes in customer care and supports the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and database searches (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, communication, and logistics with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, campus recruiting, and employer branding efforts
