About the Role
As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders and is responsible for executing the recruitment strategy to attract a best-in-class, highly motivated workforce.
Responsibilities
- Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
- Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) in partnership with Sourcing and other Talent Acquisition team members
- Utilize various recruitment channels (applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient
- Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
- Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected for the right role
- Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
- Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling)
- 1+ years of experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition
- Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes, including equal employment opportunity regulations
- Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, etc.)
Schedule
Hybrid required, at least 2 days in office in Draper, UT, Boise, ID, or Wilsonville, OR.
