About the role

The Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, a full-service AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks an Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and financing.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in achieving their business objectives through appropriate transaction documents.
• Work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, from term sheets to closings.
• Provide support to clients and colleagues within the firm.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
