Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters.
• Take ownership of assigned matters from start to finish, reviewing, analyzing, and developing strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research using all available resources to support case strategies and provide well-informed advice.
• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining regular, proactive communication with clients about case progress and next steps.
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations and work toward favorable resolutions whenever possible.
• Partner with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including adherence to state bar requirements and firm policies.
• Aid in setting retainers, managing payment schedules, and ensuring timely collection of receivables for assigned cases.
• Stay current with legal developments and complete all required Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to maintain bar membership.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Minimum of 2 years of transactional real estate experience in a law firm.
• Experience with litigation and/or planned community law is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle real estate transactions with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service excellence.
