Associate Rail Operations Analyst - 1st Shift
About the role
As an Associate Rail Operations Analyst at GXO, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and improving processes within the company.
Responsibilities
- Track trends, consolidate data, and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop tools and techniques to detect and address operational issues in real-time
- Ensure consistent and standardized reporting formats and document processes and issues
- Enhance existing reporting systems and streamline operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or military experience
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain management and distribution systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Project
Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and control capabilities, driven by a commitment to continuous process improvement and successful project completion
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Solid organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working with prebuilt models in PowerBI
