About the role
Join our team as a Product Manager. Oversee the development and launch of new fruit-based products, ensuring they align with company goals and consumer preferences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to bring innovative products to market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, influencing product development and positioning.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and cost-effectiveness of ingredients.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the food industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with product development tools and methodologies such as Agile or Lean.
