Associate Quality Control Chemist (Laboratory)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others, and perform operations in support of the group and department.
• Review stock suitability data in accordance with guidelines of the quality management system.
• Maintain and support general quality review functions.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement in compliance with Quality Management System.
• Communicate with relevant management and departments to ensure customer-focused excellence.
• Prioritize responsibilities in alignment with established department goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or other life science discipline.
• 1+ years’ experience with laboratory or quality review.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or other life science discipline.
• Experience with computing chemical calculations and conversions.
• Experience with database software management.
• Experience with safe chemical handling practices.
• Experience understanding Data Integrity.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Hourly range: $27.00–$46.00/hr. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of base pay compensation. Actual compensation determined by factors such as location, experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
