Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders, transfers, and invoices to support operational purchasing requirements.
  • Track inventory levels and support replenishment activities based on established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and address routine inquiries.
  • Communicate with vendors to support order placement, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and system data.
  • Aid in reporting and data collection related to purchasing activities and inventory levels.
  • Support purchasing workflow processes and system utilization.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and well organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Positive interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain operations, or a related field required.
  • Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus.
  • Experience with RentalMan and Coupa a plus.
