About the Opportunity:The ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER, RESEARCH is responsible for conducting comprehensive permitting research that supports the development of the organization’s products and services. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of permitting data, directly impacting the quality and effectiveness of the customer-facing Permit Guides. It serves as a critical link between research outputs and the technical teams enhancing automation and product capabilities. Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end completion of permit research projectsCollaborate with AI and engineering teams to enhance research accuracy, speed, and automationDeliver structured research outputs for integration into Permit Guides Requirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, or related permitting/project management fieldExperience in commercial or retail permittingStrong research skills focused on accuracy and clarityAbility to work collaboratively with engineers, product teams, and permitting specialistsProactive and solution-oriented mindset Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
