Associate Project Manager, Project Management

About the role

As an Associate Project Manager, you will update daily status reports and hot sheets, schedule internal meetings, prepare and maintain timelines and project estimates with the guidance of senior team members. Manage and maintain meeting notes. Work with the finance team to initiate new jobs and participate in internal billing meetings. Balance priorities across various disciplines, ensuring deadlines are met and on budget. Proactively problem solve capacity, timing and scoping issues. Partner with the project management team to understand and optimize (when needed) processes, tools, etc. Develop relationships with cross-discipline project teams and support resource allocations. Assist with management, quality assurance and delivery of all final campaign assets in prepared for trafficking and launch. Report to one of our Project Management leaders.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience, ideally within an integrated agency environment
• Experience working within Microsoft Excel a plus

Pay

$54,000 - $56,000 annual salary range. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
