Associate Project Manager (National Travel)
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
Key sections:
- About ArchKey (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About ArchKey" is about company. Could be "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
Description: "ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION / NATIONAL TRAVEL This is a site based role, supporting large projects across the USA. Some Of Our Current Project Sites Include ..."
Then "About ArchKey" paragraph.
Then "About The Position": description of role.
Then "Our Ideal Candidate" bullet-like sentences.
Then "Day in the Life": list of duties.
Then "Minimum Qualifications": list.
Then "Travel": description.
Then "Benefits": paragraph.
Then legal etc to remove.
We also have "Travel" repeated later.
We need sections: About the role (maybe combine About ArchKey and About The Position? Or "About the role" could be the description of role). Responsibilities: from Day in the Life. Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications? Or Requirements could be travel willingness? Qualifications: maybe Ideal Candidate? Skills: maybe specific skills like Accubid, Bluebeam, process orientation, analytical, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail. Benefits: we have.
Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit Pay and Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Pay and Schedule.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
Let's extract content.
First, location list: "Some Of Our Current Project Sites Include Ashburn, VA, Charleston, SC, Columbus, OH, CTP Lancaster CPE, PA, Danville, PA, Fargo, ND, Franklin Furnace, OH, Minneapolis, MN, New Florance, MO, Pittsburg (Shippingport), PA, Point Pleasant, WV, San Antonio, TX, San Antonio (Lytle), TX, South Bend, IN, and West Memphis, AR."
That's substantive; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in headings list. Could be included in About the role paragraph.
About ArchKey paragraph: multiple sentences.
About The Position paragraph.
Our Ideal Candidate: sentences.
Day in the Life: list of duties (starting with Assist in the total construction... etc). We'll turn each sentence into
- .
Minimum Qualifications: list of bullet-like items (Bachelor's degree..., Minimum 0-1 year..., Project Managed training..., Strong process orientation..., Superior communication skills..., Outstanding interpersonal..., Must possess strong attention..., Must be willing to travel..., Experience with Accubid a plus., Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.)
Travel: sentence: "Travel to project sites is required, which may include temporary relocation for the duration of the project.National Team project cities include: ..." (list again). Could be part of Requirements or separate? Not in headings list; maybe include under Responsibilities? But travel is a requirement. Could be part of Requirements section.
Benefits: paragraph.
We must not duplicate the location list; appears twice. We should include only once. Probably include in About the role or Travel section. Since Travel section not a heading, we could include travel info under Requirements or maybe a separate "Travel" but not allowed heading. Could incorporate into Requirements as a bullet: "Willingness to travel to project sites, including temporary relocation." And list of cities maybe under About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include the list of cities in a paragraph under About the role.
Let's craft sections:

We omitted Pay and Schedule.
Check for any duplicated content: we included location list only once in About the role. Travel requirement included in Requirements. Good.
We removed legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines.
Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. No.
Check that we didn't include any boilerplate like "All qualified applicants will receive consideration...". Removed.
Check that we didn't include "Additional information is available at Archkey.com." That's okay as part of Benefits.
Check that we didn't include "National Team project cities include: ..." again; we omitted duplicate.
Check that we didn't include "Travel to project sites is required, which may include temporary relocation for the duration of the project." we used in Requirements.
Check that we didn't include "Experience with Accubid a plus." and "Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus." we placed under Skills.
Check that we didn't include "Minimum 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience OR knowledge of construction methods." we have.
Check that we didn't include "Project Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycle." we have.
Check that we didn't include "Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills." we have.
Check that we didn't include "Superior communication skills, both written and verbal." we have.
Check that we didn't include "Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills." we have.
Check that we didn't include "Must possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project." we have.
Check that we didn't include "Must be willing to travel to and potentially temporarily relocate to project locations" we have in Requirements.
Check that we didn't include "Assist the Project Manager in the overall administrative and technical direction for one large complex project or direct smaller size projects under the supervision of a Project Manager." That's from About The Position; we didn't include that explicitly. Should we include it? It's substantive. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Since we have About the role paragraph describing ArchKey, we could add a sentence about the position. Let's incorporate into About the role after the location list maybe.
We have About the role currently includes location list and ArchKey description. We missed the position description. Let's add a paragraph: "As an Associate Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager in the overall administrative and technical direction for one large complex project or direct smaller size projects under the supervision of a Project Manager. Assistant Project Managers may have overall bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss, and consequently carry the authority appropriately, and will provide technical and engineering support as required by the project assigned."
Add that to About the role.
Also "Our Ideal Candidate Can flex and adapt to the growing needs of the business. Can work autonomously and creatively solve problems.Has a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow." This is substantive; could be part of Qualifications or Skills? It's more about attributes. Could be part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section like "Ideal Candidate". But headings list includes Qualifications, Skills. We could put these under Qualifications as bullet items. However Qualifications already has bullet list; we could add these as additional bullet items. But they are more like traits. Could also be under Skills. But we have Skills limited to Accubid/Bluebeam. Better to add to Qualifications as bullet items: "Ability to flex and adapt to the growing needs of the business", "Ability to work autonomously and creatively solve problems", "Growth mindset with a continual desire to learn and grow". Let's add.
Also "Day in the Life" we already captured as Responsibilities.
Check if any other substantive info: "Assist the Project Manager with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests." we have.
Now ensure we didn't miss any: "Assist in the total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
