Tailored Label Products (TLP) is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team and help drive projects that improve quality, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in project management, continuous improvement, or business operations while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
  • Coordinate activities and communicate with stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Track project progress, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and quality
  • Help facilitate project meetings, action plans, and status updates
  • Work with customers and suppliers on quality-related initiatives
  • Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts
  • Identify project risks and implementation challenges and help keep projects moving forward

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of project management, manufacturing, or related experience
  • Internship, co-op, leadership, or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement
  • Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and business operations
