Associate Project Director (Pharma)
for each section heading.
We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove EEO etc. Also remove "A Note To Candidates" (scam warning) and application instructions. Also remove "This job posting is intended for direct applicants only; please, no outside recruiters." That's application instruction? It's a note but likely considered boilerplate; we should drop it.
We need to include Pay section with salary range.
We need Benefits section: list benefits.
We need to include maybe "About the role" from Job Overview paragraph.
Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Key Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To" and sub-sections.
We need to keep all details, not summarize away.
We'll produce HTML like:

Pay
As required by law in this state, the estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 USD and represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect. We tailor our offers within the range based on organizational needs, internal equity, market data, geographic zone, and the selected candidate’s experience, education, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. At CG Life, it is not common for individuals to be hired at the higher end of the range, and compensation decisions depend on a variety of factors. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program, subject to the rules governing the plan.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "At CG Life, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company..." That's also part of benefits description? Actually that paragraph is about benefits and compensation; we might keep it as part of Pay or Benefits? It's about compensation strategy. Could be part of Pay section. We'll include it in Pay. Now ensure we don't repeat any heading with empty content. Check for any duplicated lines: we need to avoid repeating same bullet.
