Associate, Program Finance (Palm Bay, FL)

About the role

Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)

Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract

Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy

Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives

Support cash application process through research and reconciliation

• Daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and/or business acquisitions Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation Experience with customer/management reporting
