Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with educational technologies and online delivery methods
  • Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence
  • Experience with industry or work-integrated learning
  • Evidence of professional development of teaching practice
  • Significant track record in research leadership with high-quality and high international impact
  • Demonstrated success in initiating curriculum development and improvement
  • Evidence of interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives, and values

Qualifications

Skills

  • Expertise in areas such as post-quantum cryptography, quantum cryptography, foundational theory and mathematics, and the design and analysis of cryptographic primitives and protocols
  • Ability to translate research into real-world impact
  • Leadership in building engagement and partnerships with the profession and industry

Benefits

Competitive salary and benefits package including 17% superannuation.

Pay

AUD $185,917 to $204,218 per annum.

Schedule

Full-time position with a two-year convertible tenure-track or continuing appointment.
