About the role

with paragraph(s) containing that. Then "As an Associate Production Manager, You Will" followed by bullet list of duties. Those are responsibilities. So we can have

Responsibilities

with

That's responsibilities. Then "In this Role, You Bring" list of qualifications/experience. That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide sections. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. But we should avoid thin sections. We can combine similar content. We have a list of qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, project management support, operations, or a related administrative role, including responsibility for cross-functional coordination and external stakeholder communication. - Experience working in a client-facing environment, with demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate across multiple teams and workstreams. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience: creating and maintaining pivot tables and complex spreadsheets; analyzing and validating large datasets; tracking budgets, timecards, resource allocations, project actuals, or other operational data; reconciling data across multiple sources and identifying discrepancies; creating reports, summaries, or dashboards that clearly communicate actionable information. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams, and experience using project management, workflow, or tracking platforms. - Experience reviewing, tracking, and maintaining project budgets, billing milestones, invoices, expense reports, or other financial and operational data with a high degree of accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously while demonstrating strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and sound judgment. - Experience preparing for and supporting stakeholder and client meetings, including developing agendas and discussion points, documenting meeting notes and action items, communicating key updates, and facilitating meetings as needed. - Experience coordinating operational logistics such as scheduling, travel, calendars, interviews, onboarding activities, or resource planning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and discrepancies, determine appropriate next steps, and escalate issues when necessary. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder communication, process documentation, meeting facilitation, and strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused, and service-oriented approach. - Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities, evolving processes, and ambiguity. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Then "Bonus if You Have" list: - Experience supporting cross-functional teams within creative services, media production, marketing, staffing/recruiting, technology, or agency environments. - Experience supporting enterprise-level clients or large-scale workforce programs. - Experience with Monday.com, Confluence, Beeline, or similar project management, contingent workforce, or vendor management platforms. - Experience supporting contingent workforce or staffing workflows, including candidate tracking, interview coordination, onboarding, timecard management, resource allocation, and PTO/OOO tracking. - Experience reviewing candidate qualifications or supporting recruiting operations. - Experience with process improvement, workforce analytics, and operational reporting. - A desire to continue developing and advance within production or production management. - A valid driver's license and ability to support occasional local errands as needed. Then "Additional Position Details": Supervisory Responsibilities None. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring a combination of remote and onsite work. 2 days minimum per week in office and minimum of 8 days per month in office. Ability to attend client meetings and onsite activities as business needs require. Travel: Local travel may be required as needed. Then a disclaimer about job description not comprehensive. Then statement about RUN Studios recognizing success etc. Then "Compensation": Targeted starting pay rate of $34.00 / hourly. The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location. Then "Benefits": Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals. Then EEO statement (should be removed). Also "As an equal opportunity employer..." remove. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have a lot of qualifications/experience. Could split into Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred?) and Skills (technical). But we must not create thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must use all; we should include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we can include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills if we have distinct content. We have: - Requirements: maybe the core requirements: 2+ years experience, client-facing experience, advanced Excel skills, proficiency with MS Office, experience reviewing budgets etc., ability to manage multiple priorities, experience preparing meetings, experience coordinating operational logistics, strong analytical/problem-solving, excellent communication, ability to work independently, interpersonal skills, proactive/adaptable, ability to handle confidential info. That's a lot. - Qualifications: maybe the "Bonus if You Have" list (preferred qualifications). That could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe the technical skills: Advanced Excel, MS Office Suite, project management platforms, etc. But those are already in requirements. Could separate. But to avoid thin sections, maybe we just have Requirements (covering all mandatory) and Qualifications (bonus). Skills could be omitted or merged. But we need to include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections if they have real specific content. Benefits: we have specific benefits listed: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, HSA/FSA, telehealth, wellness, minimum seven paid holidays, PTO accrual (6.5 days temp to 15 days regular), 401k with match, discretionary bonuses, referral bonuses. That's specific. Pay: targeted starting pay rate $34.00/hour, pay based on qualifications and location. That's specific. Schedule: Work Environment hybrid, 2 days minimum per week in office, minimum 8 days per month in office, ability to attend client meetings, local travel may be required. That's schedule info. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (bonus), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not include Skills separately if we think it's thin; but we could include Skills if we have distinct technical skills content. However we already have Advanced Excel and MS Office in Requirements; maybe we can move those to Skills. But then Requirements would be less thin? Let's see. If we put Requirements: 2+ years experience, client-facing experience, ability to manage multiple priorities, experience preparing meetings, experience coordinating operational logistics, strong analytical/problem-solving, excellent communication, ability to work independently, interpersonal skills, proactive/adaptable, ability to handle confidential info. That's still substantial. Qualifications: Bonus if you have list. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex spreadsheets, analyzing large datasets, tracking budgets, reconciling data, creating reports), Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience using project management, workflow, or tracking platforms. Experience reviewing, tracking, and maintaining project budgets, billing milestones, invoices, expense reports, or other financial and operational data with a high degree of accuracy. That seems like skills. But note that some of those also appear in Requirements list (advanced Excel, MS Office, budget tracking). To avoid duplication, we need to preserve all substantive information but not repeat. We could allocate each piece to one section
