Associate Product Manager I

Job Summary

Overall responsibility for associate product manager is supporting the product managers in the end-to-end product lifecycle. In addition, collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, assist in conducting competitive analysis, and ensure product alignment with business objectives and financials. This is a hybrid role that requires three days onsite in our Hartford, WI corporate headquarters. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities

• Market & User Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify customer problems and market opportunities.
• Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, creating detailed user stories, content creation and analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams and sales to facilitate the development process and ensure alignment to business goals.
• Strategy & Roadmapping: Help the Product Manager define product strategy, roadmap, and launch plans and execute product lifecycle management.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to provide recommendations for product improvements.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of product management and/or engineering/technical experience is required.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product data and make recommendations.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
• Effective communicator with very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, quick learner, well-organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and expectations is a must.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel approximately 10-15%, including overnight travel.
