About the role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Enabling Technology Spine marketing team. This role focuses on developing and leading downstream solutions for Stealth Axis Spine, emphasizing the technological and clinical benefits of this innovative product.
Responsibilities
- Lead downstream marketing projects including promotion, market analysis, and commercialization.
- Partner closely with clinical, health economics, and reimbursement partners to develop critical marketing materials for sales execution.
- Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.
- Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and emerging thought leaders within the space to enable effective portfolio strategy.
- Lead new product launch activities, including the development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies in support of launch objectives.
- Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas.
- Provide input into the portfolio lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes (new product development, acquisitions and/or discontinuations).
- Foster strong and collaborative relationships with members of the US Sales Team, as well as our International business partners.
- Travel requirement: 20-30%
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience.
- Nice to Have: Medical device experience, experience in Spine Marketing or Sales, knowledge in Spine alignment and implant hardware planning, ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Qualifications
- Must have minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting or relevant experience.
