Associate Product Engineer

About the role

This on-site position reports to the Product Engineering Manager and is part of the Global Product Engineering Team located in Logan, UT. The Associate Product Engineer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of product specifications supporting the global cell culture media business.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain specifications for finished goods, prototypes, and intermediate products.
• Manage the change process for manufacturing, quality processes, and products.
• Facilitate and drive results across multiple functions for new product setup.
• Work with a team of product engineers, designers, and scientists to effectively and rapidly design and approve new custom products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Biotechnology, or 5+ years of industry experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead and handle multiple projects, delivering results timely and within budget.
• Good analytical and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical writing experience in Life Sciences.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000.
