Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the development and execution of product from initial design intent through production.
- Partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, regional offices, and external vendor partners to ensure product development milestones are executed accurately and on time.
- Manage day-to-day development activities including sample requests and tracking, tech pack and BOM updates, color sample execution, vendor communication, and maintenance of product information within Centric PLM.
- Identify and troubleshoot development issues, escalate risks when needed, and ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Apparel, Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in apparel product development, production, merchandising, sourcing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal cross-functional teams, regional offices, and external vendor partners.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Centric PLM or another Product Lifecycle Management system preferred.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and apparel development processes.
- Ability to understand and communicate design aesthetic and product direction to vendor partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities while knowing when to escalate issues or risks.

- Minimum Salary: $68,200.00
- Maximum Salary: $89,460.00
- VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Pay
