Associate Product Developer

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supports the development team by developing materials and trims.
• Builds and maintains accurate Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Maintains costs in accordance with financial objectives.
• Communicates adjustments and corrections to overseas offices/suppliers.
• Oversees sampling (from prototype to commercialized product).
• Solves any issues that may arise.
• Provides insight and feedback to the Design team.

Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of PLM system(s).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret design intent and offer alternative solutions.
• Ability to prioritize workflow based on deadlines.
• Ability to problem solve and communicate all issues to cross functional departments.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical trade school and / or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accessories and men’s apparel product development.
