Associate Product Developer, Accessories
About the role
Mindful movement is at the core of why we do what we do at ALO—it’s our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.
The Product Development team is looking for a dedicated, driven, and inspired individual to join the Alo family. This role will support the development of elevated studio-to-street styles. The ideal candidate will have an accessories background with knowledge of product creation and calendar management. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organization, follow-through, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Own assigned styles and development tasks with guidance from Manager.
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Production, and Color teams to maintain product integrity from prototype to final approval.
- Manage style-level development tracking, seasonal WIPS, and key milestone follow-up.
- Maintain PLM data including general style page, BOMs, and cost sheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Review cost sheets, analyze costing details, and help identify opportunities to support margin goals.
- Communicate with vendors on assigned styles to support timelines, sample status, costing follow-up, and MOQ alignment.
- Escalate risks to calendar, costing, construction, or testing in a timely manner.
- Attend fit sessions and support follow-up to ensure changes are captured and executed.
- Partner with PLM team members on system updates and process improvements.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and overseas vendor partners.
