Responsibilities
- Aid in the support of product data initiatives across the organization.
- Assist with projects involving the creation, maintenance, and review of integrated corporate data for food ingredients and products.
- Support R&D, manufacturing plants, co-packers, and suppliers by ensuring accurate, high-quality product and specification data is maintained.
- Collect and analyze product data for assigned product categories.
- Develop product specifications in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Compile and load product information into databases and systems of record.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Culinary, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience working with technical or structured data in computerized database systems.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate, complete information within established timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workload effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
