Associate Producer, POLITICO Live

About the Role

POLITICO seeks an event Associate Producer to support the North American team of POLITICO’s Global Live events team. This role is a full-time, in-person position based in Arlington, VA. The Associate Producer will play a crucial role in producing high-profile, news-making events, programs, and experiences for the organization and its clients, contributing to an elevated brand presence and best-in-class event experiences across a diverse portfolio spanning Washington, DC, California, New York, and Florida.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of POLITICO Live events from ideation through execution.
• Assist in organizing and managing logistics for events across North America.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure events align with POLITICO’s mission and brand standards.
• Contribute creative and solution-oriented ideas to enhance event experiences.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
