Associate Producer I
About the role
The Associate Producer I is responsible for running the successful live game service. This includes executing the vision of the Producer by collaborating with various departments and ensuring the timely, high quality delivery of game service.
Job Responsibilities
- Affords assistance in coordinating tasks and dependencies with internal teams like QA, Community, and Player Support to meet project deadlines
- Supports the maintenance and tracking of established schedules for maintenance, QA, and weekly bug triages
- Collaborates with the team to support the daily operations of the live service, ensuring a stable play environment
- Supports during live service updates and maintenance to ensure seamless execution
- Reviews basic game health metrics (e.g., ticket counts, community reports) to learn how to gauge the health of the game
- Performs other duties as assigned
Work Experience
- 1 - 3 years of game production experience
- 1+ year live game experience preferred
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of live and online game player behavior
- Strategic thinking, problem solving ability
- Knowledge of the game industry including emerging trends with a focus on the markets served by Nexon
- Preferably a gamer at heart
- High level understanding of online environments and processes required to maintain high uptime
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional project and time management
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually)
The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $70,000 - $83,000 annually.
