Associate Producer Job Description

• Oversee the management and delivery of projects, ensuring consistently high standards throughout
• Scope out projects based on initial briefs, building teams, sourcing vendors, creating project plans and budgets accordingly
• Act as a day-to-day contact for client project leads, managing their needs and maintaining WPP Productions relationships
• Build, manage and reconcile project budgets – managing both client expectations and WPP Production’s margin targets
• Lead internal process requirements for project delivery, including managing project folders, vendor set up and payments
• Manage project teams, overseeing the quality and timeliness of their work and ensuring their time spent is budgeted accordingly
• In coordination with the other members of the team, research, appoint and manage suitable vendors to assist in the delivery of projects
• Lead the production team onsite including, but not limited to client management, onsite schedule ownership and oversight of all production and delivery, daily reports to client and internal team
• Debrief projects to ensure postmortem learning and future business development
• Understand and implement greater Agency Process
• Contribute to growing a healthy company culture and always looking to improve our communication and processes
• Consider and actively pursue sustainability practices within our projects as best we can

Pay Range

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $100,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
