Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal to lead Agile delivery and Scrum management ensuring valued driven project planning and governance.

Primary Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
  • In depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum framework
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and conflict resolution skills
  • Prominent experience in impediment removal and team enablement
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive Agile adoption

Secondary Skills

  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps ADO, Confluence
  • Understanding of SDLC DevOps CICD concepts
  • Exposure to Scaled Agile frameworks SAFe, LeSS, Nexus
  • Awareness level in change management and organizational agility
  • Experience in mentoring junior Scrum Masters and supporting Agile maturity at scale

Job Description

Lead and oversee complex projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile principles.
Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality delivery.
Drive Agile Value Driven Delivery practices to maximize business value and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective Scrum management and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide project teams to adopt best practices in project planning and Agile methodologies.
Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Define project scopes, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
Establish and maintain project governance structures including risk management and issue resolution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Scrum management principles and facilitate sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Support resource planning and allocation to meet project demands.
Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and expectations.
