Associate Principal, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Supports product roadmaps
• Conducts market research
• Assists in the coordination of product-related activities
• Leads cross-functional initiatives
• Engages stakeholders at all levels
• Conducts in-depth member and market research
• Develops a deep understanding of client business needs
• Engages in in-depth conversations with the sales team
• Defines the product vision
• Identifies integration opportunities across portfolios
• Translates research findings into actionable product-specific intelligence
• Identifies gaps in the overall product portfolio
• Strategically positions the organization to stay ahead of the competition
• Provides strategic guidance
• Participates in build, buy, and partner conversations
• Supports the sales team in active opportunities
• Develops sales collateral
• Ensures the team has the necessary resources and tools
• Leverages senior-level insights to inform decision-making
• Drives financial efficiency
• Develops product portfolio positioning and messaging strategies
• Collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in business-related or analytical discipline preferred
• MBA, MPH or MHA desired
• 10 or more years’ relevant experience in a product management/product ownership role required
• Experience developing data digital products desired
• Experience working with data specifications and data mapping between systems desired
• Experience with EMR’s, ERP’s interoperability software or data standards preferred
• Experience working in an agile development environment preferred
• Strong project management skills, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills preferred

Pay

Estimated Hiring Range: $156,500.00 to $290,100.00
